Traditional, popular market food served at Fiesta de Todos los Santos (All Saints Fair) of Cocentaina is one of the most established festivals in Region of Valencia. It has been held since the year 1346 due to a privilege of King Pere IV Cerimoniós. That old tradition that every year attract thousands of visitors has been declared National Tourist Interest Festivity since 2012. .

My love of pets and wildlife started from an early age and learning to respect and care for wildlife came natural to me. My late grandmother used to try and take me to a different park each weekend as a small child even though we didn't have much money so that I could learn to spot certain animals; whether it be squirrels, frogs, birds etc. She taught me about the circle of life, where my food came from and she enriched my life with this knowledge. She taught me always to respect wildlife, listen to the woods, listen to nature and the noises and smells. Back then, being brought up in a single parent situation my nan couldn’t afford a camera so I sketched first, until I was eventually gifted the first Polaroid color...
