Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Home is where mother earth is plentiful, providing for those who respect her, home is in the leafy green canopy. These jungle sunset hikes in Hawaii were some of my favorites. The rainy side of these islands has so much life and as the sun sets it seems that even more life comes out of the trees. A myriad of chirping birds and curious insects unite to form a chorus of excitement as the light disappear.
