Yeah, lame joke, I know. But seriously, it's easy to overlook the awesomeness that is carrots. Carrots have been shown to contain super amounts of Vitamin A, C, K, Calcium, potassium, vitamin B6, copper, folic acid, thiamine and magnesium, and are one of the easiest foods to eat.
They do contain a comparatively high level of sugar, so like anything, you need to watch you keep a balance. But apart from that, there's no reason not to enjoy carrots as often as possible. 😀
