What a memorable show the Flaming Lips put on. All the great concert performers have this thing they do where they make you feel like you are the most important person in that room at that moment, every guitar lick, every drum beat, every breath spent is like a personal homage or love letter to you and only you.... or that you are at the biggest sing along party in the history of the world and everyone who knows all the words are there and participating. All great music evokes memories, moods and at times a swell of emotion. The Flaming Lips does all 3 for me at the same time and I wouldn't have it any other way.
