This photo was taken inside Room 603 of the #vickersestate at the #pierpontinn in #ventura, #california. The hotel, of course, prides itself on being a beautiful #weddingvenue in #venturacounty and the Vickers Estate is often set aside for #wedding packages. I certainly wanted to incorporate that theme into the shoot, but this shot was not on my list. Models Connie Love and Stefania Koszti came up with the idea of having an #evil #bride and her frightened servant. So here they are! In post, I played with filters to give it a #vintage, #precode, #oldhollywood #lobbycard look without straying far from the actual colors.
