About Christian Richards
I have been an artist of some form or another my entire life. For many years my prefered outlet was dance, in fact I was a professional ballet dancer for 10 years. Following that I became a teacher, choreographer and artistic director. That was all cut short by some pretty severe health issues and I spent a substantial period of time trying to figure out a new outlet for my intense creative desires. Enter photograpy. I love the pure images of nature...where my job is to merely record the brilliance of what is. I also however truly enjoy taking existing images and making of them something completely new and with it's own unique life and presence.
