I received my new mug about 2 days ago and I like it very much. It was very well packaged and I can’t see a way it would have been broken in transport other than very poor handling. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get here but since it had to go through customs, I suppose it’s a fairly reasonable delivery time. The ostrich comes out as well as shown in the picture. The mug seems sturdy and well made. I have put it in the microwave with no problem. Final verdict: I love it! The little ostrich face makes me smile in the morning and I hope it will stay that beautiful for a long time!

For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by all forms of art. My love of drawing and painting began as a child when I first picked up a pencil and brush. Later on I discovered my father's Kodak Brownie Reflex and my love of photography and darkroom techniques began. After leaving school I studied Fine Art Photography at Art School but, to meet the needs of a growing family, followed a career in computer programming.
