This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

My love for photography started in 1985 taking black and white photography for the High School Journalism / Yearbook Club. I was given a Canon AE-1 to use and it changed my life. I was born Birmingham Alabama and grew up among the Appalachian foothills in Central and North Alabama. My photography is influenced from growing up in a strong religious southern culture. The cotton fields, good barbeque, hard core religion, and the post remnants of the Civil Rights movement all has impacted my life in different ways. Growing up among the racially divided gave me an open heart and eyes to see everyone as “one.” I felt as a child that discrimination and separation was not Gods plan for our universe.
