Facebook Tab

Hi to everyone,
I write you because I have downloaded the app for facebook and then I have connect my personal account as well as the fan page.
Nonetheless, once I open the tab I cannot see anything, only a total white space.
Please, could you explain me the reason why it happens?

Stefano -- try to remove the app and then download it again. First refresh your browser before the download.

I tried but now it's even worse: I've download the app again and now I can't see the tab anymore.

Hi,
the same here. Removed and installed it several times. Nothing but an empty frame.
I wrote in this regard to the support. The answer: "Images must have keywords and be or sale. They must also have been up or 24 hours"
All this applies to my pictures, but not a single one can be seen in the tab.

Is there already a solution for this issue? I would be very grateful!

I think the shopping cart link in the behind the scene section is the problem. By clicking it shows "Page not found". It's not a valid link and so it cannot been seen in the tab on Facebook.

I hope you understand what I meen. Excuse my bad English.

After 2 months, no answer, no solution. That's really very disappointing.

The Facebook is working as it should be. Please remove from here and from FB (page settings/App/delete app)

Then enable again
