Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

We've had over a week of minus temperatures now and I'm dreaming of sunnier climes - take me back to Athens! This was over 5 years ago now, on a course I did at the British School of Athens exploring the sites of Ancient Greece and one of the best trips of my life. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.
