This is a fantastic shower curtain. I owned at one time a 1928 American LaFrance almost identical to this one.Loved that fire engine and this great representation is such a joy as a reminder of the one I owned. Nee dmore like this one

This was our first purchase from the site and we love it! It arrived quickly. We wanted something different for the guest bath and this art combined two of my husband's favorite things.The curtain has a quality feel to it and the design is bright I wasn't sure of the color combination at first (orangey red, navy, turquoise and a touch of black) but it works! We've received many compliments and chuckles. My only regret was not being able to fit the words on without using a border - I was unsure of the colors, etc. Bottom line is that we love what we received!!! LOVE it!
One of my last paintings of this particular Bur Oak, suspected to be at least 300 years old, before it fell in a storm. The glaciated boulder viewable in the foreground is one of a pair creating a nice circle a few meters north of the tree, which was growing with an open shaft for at least the last 30 years.
I am from the Midwestern United States and paint the places where native and urban landscapes intersect. I focus on native plants highlighted by manmade structures turned surreal by the passage of time. With a strong background in the classical fine arts I often move towards mixed media, fibers, and collage while always hinting at landscape or figurative subject matter.
