This is so good 😍 Fluffy zucchini muffins without sugar, oil and lactose. Fortunately they're pretty healthy and low in calories, cos I've just ate six of them 😂

Recept:
80 g ovsenej múky
40 g mandľovej múky
1 zrelý rozmačkaný banán
200g najemno nastrúhanej cukety
2 vajcia
2 PL javorového sirupu
2 PL kakaa
1 ČL škorice
1 ČL prášku do pečiva
Hrsť ríbezlí

Oddelíme bielka od žĺtkov. Okrem bielkov všetky ingrediencie zmiešame. Z bielkov si vyšľaháme sneh, ktorý jemne vmiešame do cesta. Cesto rozdelíme do 12 silikónových formičiek na muffiny a pečieme 20 minút na 200°C.
