The Christmas tree berries!! Actually called the 'Yew Berries', the evergreen tree is toxic. Consuming the foliage can cause fatalities. The pulp of the berries is safe to consume and is very sweet but one must be careful and avoid ingesting the seed as they are highly toxic. I never knew their deadly side as they've always looked pretty on a Christmas tree.
