Thank goodness for cookies and milk to keep me busy. I just finished the Rube Goldberg of school registration. Last year, school sent packets, we filled out by hand and wrote off some checks, 20 minutes I was done and sent the kids off to school finish the process. This year, school sent out smaller packets with instructions to register online. We sign up, download forms to fill out by hand, forms to fill out online using a slow website as every parent in town was online. 2.5 hours later the online registration is finished and paperwork confirmation is printed and I still have to send them off to finish the process at school. Maybe next year they can add webcam selfies for the ID cards! 🍎✏📓📚
