Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Seconds go to minutes, Minutes go to hours, then to days. And then the mind, yes the wicked mind starts playing games. Are they just games?? May be, may be not. It is present, sometimes even not there. The sense of absence and the presence of another one. This is dilemma, this is duality. But isn't nature dual?? They say it always is.
Then why am I lost?? Why do I hear myself speak in my own head?? Who plays those games?? Is it him again?? I don't know. I don't want to know. It is my story, and he spoke the words for it.
Somedays I just wonder, is it really me..... Or just my blurred reflection.
