I will never forget this view. The whole journey takes SO much more effort than all the other places I've ever traveled to so the experience was mystical. Breathtaking beauty starting with the 3 hour train ride, then the 1/2 hour bus ride up the winding mountain is so, so gorgeous that you gasp for air. You think you're ascending to heaven. Everyone confirmed that the scenery was THE most gorgeous place we have ever seen...and that was BEFORE we arrived at the top of Machu Picchu!
