I took a picture of myself after work today ....I hate it but I had to put it up because its one of those ...moments........things. apart from the fact my face now looks like its stuck in a stare off with Bruce Willis and Clint Eastwood, I look a proper mess I thought a bit back that putting on clothes would be enough to sort my appearance but its looking like I might actually have to take care of the rest of me too ie the bad skin, baggy eyes THE HAIR and my bad attempt at a man-beard.
