The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

I threw on my workout gear, grabbed my laptop and headed to the hotels fitness center. As you can see there's not much space between the machines. I popped in Turbo Jam and rocked it. This is a perfect on the road workout...no equipment needed. Tomorrow I'm going to do ChaLEAN Extreme in this space.
