This piece is very true to it's picture very defined. The cup itself is of fine quality as well. The story behind it was beautiful to read. When I look at it, it will take me back to the first time that I saw and read the story. Glad I took the time to purchase. No regrets!

The dog stands at the bottom left corner of the image surrounded by the lush grass and greenery that edges onto the river. The river is calm, with gentle ripples, vividly mirroring the blue afternoon sky and fluffy white clouds. Two birds create v-shaped slipstreams as they swim on the water in the reflection of the mature trees bording the river on the far side. The pale sky borders onto those trees and completes the backdrop.
