The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This photo was taken at a Crossfit gym that I visited when I was traveling in Oklahoma. The morning light that was reflecting through the doors was too good to not capture reflecting through the rig.
