Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

After a weekend of icy stares, Kirsty (the self righteous exercise bike) & I have agreed to work together. Don't be fooled, there's never going to be any love lost between us, I may be smiling but its definitely not reaching my eyes (or her LCD alternating calories burnt/miles ridden/time cycled display for that matter!) Its a truce born of necessity – Kirsty doesn't want to go back in the loft & I want to be able to eat cake! So we're pretending we like each other! We've agreed to move on & despite my slightly unusual footwear choice this morning (I decided to pedal in silver sandals but think flat Jesus, rather than spangled 'Strictly', even I wouldn't attempt to shove 4 inch glitter wedges through the foot straps!) we've made it through our first morning back together! The sandal thing was about getting air to my feet by the way (not annoying Kirsty, although I hope it did!) Being a tad unfit, I found the cool air circulating around my toes as I pedalled to be very pleasing, a soupç...
