Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Took this shot this morning. You probably would not guess what it is. I love the different #textures in this image. It is the edge of my frozen birdbath. The left side is the rock solid ice, the middle is the pellet sized ice that has happened due to warming and chilling and the far right is the grainy texture of the concrete birdbath. It is an antique that has held up for many, many years. I thought it might make a neat shot.
