Saint James Methodist Episcopal Church near Oriole, MD is one of the most historic churches of the Delmarva Peninsula. Built in two stages in the last decades of the 19th century, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
A project by photographer Thomas V. Hartmann and writer and artist Christina Vitabile. Our goal is to capture images of the vernacular architecture, historic buildings, and forgotten places of the Delmarva Peninsula. 10% of our revenue from sales will be donated semi-annually to the Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture at Salisbury University.
