Love the graphic but it is placed too low on the shirt. should be 2-3 inches higher

Recently, me and my friend @jallan.jallan went to Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park in Jimbaran, Bali. We got a chance to see the making of this monumental statue Vishnu the God and His ride, the Garuda bird.
It was like seeing a giant jigsaw puzzle that massive brass parts are everywhere.
