Oscar was born in Monterrey, Mexico in 1980. While attending middle school in San Antonio, Texas, he played with a Yashica film SLR camera that his dad had and design programs that came on a used computer his parents purchased for him, unknowingly setting himself up for a bright future in graphic design, desktop publishing and photography.
