Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. This is the Bridle Path in Central Park taken during another springtime. Right now it’s near freezing in New York City and I keep thinking that maybe if I start posting photos with cherry blossoms, the weather will somehow become enamored with the imagery and shift. It could work, right?
I am currently knee-deep in preparation for my trip to Paris. I leave on Friday and it’s hard to contain the excitement at this point. Sometimes I have to stop and practically pinch myself because it’s hard to believe I will be there in four days.
I will be taking tons and tons of photo (and video) while I am there. I will be contrasting the Paris of 2014 with the Paris of the 1940s in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Paris this year.
Can't wait to start posting photos of Paris starting this weekend! ♥
