Sitting on the edge of the snow covered rock, feet dangling, water rushing around me on both sides...this is my kind of spot. I dont know if I shared the story or now, but this was me sitting on a rock in the middle of Athabasca Falls in Jasper. Water was flowing on both sides of the rock but on my right the ice was still frozen solid across the top allowing me to walk across the falls to this rock island in the middle. What great fun! Would you have crossed? Looking forward to being back in Japser July 20-25. Who is going to be around?.
