The original painting was done for a dear long time friend (we were roommates way back in college) that was recently diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 39 (with 2 young kids). It is dedicated to all cancer patients and their families. I thought this might be a project that would interest other artists, art journalists, scrapbookers, and anyone that enjoys being creative with art supplies (or might want to start!). I've been blessed to meet so many amazing people through online art groups and many of them also bring a spiritual or healing aspect to their art time. This seemed like a great way to offer a guided project, and I'm grateful to announce the very first available Loving Rd mini-ecourse/project, 'Painting Prayers'.
