forgot to post my workout from Monday. I was able to run a mile on the treadmill. my foot is still tender but it is healing. though a little slower than I would like. I officially registered for the 2013 Oklahoma City memorial marathon yesterday. I hope I can be 100% by then. arm and abs today.
