Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Another shot from the news chopper this morning. We were flying from Hood River back to Portland just after sunrise. Coming through the Columbia River Gorge as the sun broke through some clouds. Just an amazing sight to see!
