Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Folks remember that no matter what the theme is it will always be to your advantage that each of your submissions have some form of text of typography anywhere in the photo ALSO INCLUDING, IF ONLY, YOUR SIGNATURE. Now, the text does not have to be the main attraction to your photos, it just has to be somewhere in the photo, ie: side angles, fades, partial words, street signs, graffiti, etc... I have noticed in other forums there are entries with no text or typography but I must emphasis again that the text does not have to be the main focus of your photos. Be adventurous and be creative with your shots.
