The metal print we selected look wonderful in our office space.

I love the photo; it looks good on our wall. I do wish there had been a matte option: the gloss picks up all sorts of lighting and obscures the image from many angles. Also, Fine Art America flat out lies when they say the metal prints have a hanging wire. Nor is there a sawtooth bracket, like on the metal prints I've bought from a local vendor. Rather, their float frame has a lip, parallel with the wall, that sits on two screws ... that they don't include. Good luck getting those exactly level!

I really love this work. I hesitated to give it a review because I selected to print on metal. I did that with one piece and it was spectacular. The next two, including this one, not so much. This one seems so much brighter than I thought it would be. Quite lovely, but out of place in my more subtle organic home. But duh? I requested it printed on the highly reflective metal. It benefited the ginko image I bought. The third piece came out looking muddy on the metal. I blame myself for not knowing enough to print each work on the medium that would best enhance the work. I decided to write the review in case it helped another buyer think printing and framing a little more carefully.
Artist's Description
Introducing 'Treasures of Japan' collection by Serge Averbukh, showcasing new media paintings depicting various Japanese artifacts and works of art. Here you will find pieces a Japanese Katana Tsuba - Twin Gold Fish on Black Steel over White Leather.
The tsuba (鍔, or 鐔) is usually a round (or occasionally square-ish or of other shape) guard at the end of the grip of bladed Japanese weapons, like the katana and its various variations, tachi, wakizashi, tantō, naginata etc. They contribute to the balance of the weapon and to the protection of the hand. The tsuba was mostly meant to be used to prevent the hand from sliding onto the blade during thrusts as opposed to protecting from an opponent's blade. The chudan no kamae guard is determined by the tsuba and the curvature of the blade. The diameter of the average katana tsuba is 7.5–8 centimetres (3.0–3.1 in), wakizashi tsuba is 6.2–6.6 cm (2.4–2.6 in), and tantō tsuba is 4.5–6 cm (1.8–2.4 in).
