The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Trust, delight, commit, rest. Simple as that. Psalm 37. (I suggest you read it!βΊπ) ... I think I'm going to find a way to put these verses up in my room and work on memorizing them.. Because ALL of these 4 things are what I need to be doing right now. (And always, haha) ππ ....... Btw, random thought, @nickholden, I finally got to try putting cream of chicken in the macaroni instead of milk last night, and it was soooo yummy!!!!π So thanks for the simple delicious recipe! π
