Fineartamerica have easily been the worst company I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. I would never have ordered anything from them if I realised that it would take almost a month to dispatch the order and that was only because Paypal became involved. Their customer service is appalling; requests for information about the progress of an order were either ignored or received a curt reply after a few days. Never again. I feel sorry for the artists who become tarnished by having anything to do with this shambolic company.

I am very satisfied with what I ordered. Delivery was prompt and the item(s), I had a previous order of 5 pictures and frames besides the current item I am reviewing. The order(s) where correct as to what I had ordered. The website is accurate as to how the picture and frame will look when delivered.

I absolutely love the picture!!! Everything about it is perfect...the quality, the scene and the colors etc. all great. I feel like I'm on vacation when I look at it. It is the second time I've bought it, in fact-one for me and one for our daughter.

Not very happy. The description says black and gold frame. I got a brown and gold frame. Reported it and got a response then nothing. Terrible Custer service experience.
