The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. I've just been so enjoying the street food here in Thailand. It's so fresh, high quality, and cheap! This tender hunk of meat was stamped, I assumed, with a Thai version of USDA prime. I marinated it a few hours with my special sauce of coconut, banana, jackfruit and snakefruit. Then I gave it a good spicy dry rub, spit roasted, and then devoured it whole.
