Could be attributed to mid-century artist Arthur Sarnoff who painted a series of these dog portraits, however this is a very good copy on this wall. This photo I took that was painted on the wall of a Mexican restaurant we visited. The restaurant owners did not know who the artist was and the wall was not signed. This is a really good copy!!
